Sol-Care^TM CMC Gelling Fiber Dressing is designed for moderately to high exuding wounds, such as diabetic foot ulcers, pressure injuries (stage II-IV), venous ulcers and leg ulcers of mixed aetiology, superficial burns, donor sites, post-operative wounds and traumatic wounds.

Sol-Care^TM CMC Gelling Fiber Dressing may remain in place for up to 7 days, depending on clinical assessment and local protocols. It should be changed when clinically indicated, with dressing changes recommended if leakage is observed. For heavily exuding wounds, more frequent changes—up to two or more times per day—may be necessary during the initial phase of treatment
